BLOCTEL SYSTEM
Bloctel is a free service that allows you to register your number, or that of your spouse or children, to oppose telephone canvassing on these numbers.
Decree no. 2022-1313 of October 13, 2022 stipulates that from March 1, 2023, telephone canvassing of consumers will only be authorized from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 8pm. It will be prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
This framework will apply both to people not registered on the "Bloctel" telephone anti-solicitation list, and to those registered but contacted under a current contract.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal allows consumers to change their mind within 14 days of making a purchase over the Internet, by telephone or by mail order.
