We've chosen to work with local artisans who are passionate about their craft, to bring you the finest freshly baked breads and viennoiseries. In addition to theHotel Wallace, the Maison M'seddi bakery is the official supplier of the Elysée and best baguette 2018 (no less!). The hotel Rochechouart offers the generous viennoiseries of Maison Lendemaine, with seasonal twists like their divine Panettone or the pretty Brioche aux pralins. It's just a short step from the bakery oven to your plate!

Family spirit also means calling on Laurent Simon, a ami member of Anouk and Louis Solanet's family, who harvests his honey in the Oise region, a few kilometers north of Paris.
It's not over yet: our superb apple juice and delicious applesauce come from Vergers de Picardie, Tanguy and Thiberge's family farm. Both thirty-somethings and city dwellers, their childhood spent in the heart of nature and their father's orchards atMargères Abbey quickly brought them back to the desire to take a new approach and produce ever more responsible harvests. Working alongside their father, they perpetuate the family know-how while developing their own identity.
Finally, an essential to start the day, whether you're coffee or tea, your hot beverage is served to you at the table before you begin your feast. Our Lomi coffee is crafted and roasted in France to guarantee the purest taste and morning kick you crave! As for our teas, Kodama creates organic and natural recipes in France, so you'll see there's something for everyone...
