Values

Orso's story began with a dream. To reconnect with the good old codes and forgotten values of the hotel business. The ones that make up the very essence of travel.

Strongly convinced that the best jams come from old jars, Orso campaigns for more personalized, more human service. What could be better than a smile or a handshake to make you feel like a friend?

Family spirit

Orso loves the little ones, the ch'tiots and the minots. At their disposal: a disguise cupboard, games and coloring sets galore. As soon as night falls, the little ones have a date with "l'histoire du soir", a colourful tale recounting the Parisian adventures of a little blue bear, who is dropped off in his room before the sandman arrives.
Communicating, grouped or triple rooms are available for tribal sleeping.

A taste for the simple things in life

Orso restores good hotel manners, those that create emotion and memories. The empathy and benevolence of the staff, the kindness, the sincerity of a smile, a closeness without familiarity and a touch of old-fashioned classicism. The smile in the morning, the good evening in the evening... There are no customers here, only guests. Exclusively.

As if you were arriving at a friend's house, check-in at Orso's is always accompanied by a slice of homemade cake.

With Soins Colomba, Anouk and Louis have imagined a fragrance tinged with fig and wild fennel that recalls the smell of cool Corsican summer houses and the family gatherings they hold dear.

Made in not too far away

From breakfast to the bathroom, our products are all about quality. At Orso's, there's no Rapide Asperge or Fast'Huître, no scrambled eggs in cans or plastic deli meats. Good products are the golden rule, and on the plate, the influences are very local. Neighboring artisans are sourced to offer the best of the neighborhood.

In the Orso guide, our teams have found the 100 best neighborhood addresses within 15 minutes of the Orso hotels: the good bistro next door, the baguette that makes you dream, the stores where you can ruin yourself, the garden where you can snog, the boules pitch where you can shoot or score. 100 authentic addresses like you, like us, where you can breathe in the soul of Paris. To be found in our hotels.

Our commitments

Orso aims to anchor a strong CSR policy through a number of initiatives, including improving working conditions for hotel room and reception staff, getting involved in the tertiary decree, and implementing the Clef Verte label on all the brand's hotels.

La Clef Verte is a label that recognizes the implementation of an environmental policy and a socially responsible approach in hotels. This includes intelligent waste management, energy and water consumption control, responsible purchasing and awareness-raising among customers and staff.

Orso Hotels etc donates 1% of its profits each year to associations, including Espérance Banlieues.

All our hotels have easy access for PRMs (except the Doisy hotel).
All our hotels are pet-friendly.

Festen
INTERIOR DESIGN

Deliberately mixing eras and genres, fascinated by the roots and history of each place, they plunge Orso, l'Hôtel Rochechouart and the Mikado Dancing back to the heart of the 20s. Addresses with a taste of yesteryear, they claim, subtly inspired by the Art-Deco lines of the restaurant and blending ideally with contemporary comfort.

Hauvette & Madani
INTERIOR DESIGN

With Orso, the duo designed the décor for their first hotel, Le Wallace. A place without history, free to be reinvented, and now tinged with Seventies inspirations, a blend of Italian Riviera and elegant Parisian retro.

Eloïse Bosredon
INTERIOR DESIGN

She imagines her latest opus, Orso, the Orphée hotel, as "a comfortable address of refuge, in profound contrast to the intense urban atmosphere of the capital. An ideal of purity steeped in authenticity".

Selency

Charlotte Cadé, co-founder of the Selency brand, designed the interior of theHôtel Cabane: the Togo in the lobby, vintage wooden chairs by Marcel Breuer, Bertoia and Thonet, and other design pieces are displayed everywhere from the entrance to the bar and lounge to cabane...

In the eyes of this passionate bargain hunter, offering interior design to professionals was a real opportunity to test a new form of collaboration that went beyond simply buying on a platform. For Cabane, Charlotte and her teams played the role of interior decorators, scripting the spaces and adding a 70's touch, without being arrogant, or even obvious.

Marion

Citrons et Huîtres is the new project from Marseille-born interior architect and designer Marion Mailaender.

Trained at the École Boulle, her agency designs furniture collections, hotels and restaurants - Tuba in Marseille, Hôtel Rosalie in Paris - and artists' residences in Tangiers, where genres and eras are mixed, and where audacity, elegance and humor are the order of the day. Citrons et Huîtres is a reflection of working-class Paris," she explains. A place with a raw steel facade reminiscent of the fronts of local fishmongers, opening out through large bay windows onto the street and Parisian life".
