INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site as a whole, as well as each of its components (in particular, texts, diagrams, tree structures, software, animations, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphic or editorial representations, logos, etc.) constitute intellectual works protected by the French Intellectual Property Code as well as by any other applicable international legislation.

Orso makes every effort to keep the Site permanently accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. BLOCTEL SYSTEM
Bloctel is a free service that allows you to register your number, or that of your spouse or children, to oppose telephone canvassing on these numbers.
Decree no. 2022-1313 of October 13, 2022 stipulates that from March 1, 2023, telephone canvassing of consumers will only be authorized from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 8pm. It will be prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
This framework will apply both to people not registered on the "Bloctel" telephone anti-solicitation list, and to those registered but contacted under a current contract.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period, as indicated in article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
